Who told you it was reported? None of the admin staff deleted it. I want to know why it's gone?
Yea I just scrolled back a week through the admin log, we did not delete the post. Had to be Facebook. So...Dear Coggin...why are you so nervous about this? Here's your perfect chance to fix this issue, in front of 42,000 local residents. Instead, you go over everyone and have it deleted? Yea, you're a trustworthy company.
Thanks so much for the heads up!
I would post this on the saint Augustine business rant and rave page . There are thousands of members and alot of exposure
Thank you...me & mine will stay clear of them!
I would never again buy a car from a dealer after several shady experiences. My latest car was purchased through a private seller and has been the best car ever!
Kia of st augustine is pretty awesome.
Perhaps "coffin" is a better name for someone who treats customers like this~Going instead with the theme that Coggin business will be dead. 👻
Stay away from Mullinax Ford to!!!
Interesting; I've never heard of such a "run around" experience from a reputable dealer. Thanks for the 'heads up'
Here is the deal. As a first time buyer. You dont know how car sales at big dealers work. When the finance runs the credit, it is sent to ALL of their lenders, upwards of 100, then, they each will pull your credit to see if you are approved. This can take upwards of 1 month at times. When you sign the papers in the box (finance office) unless it states a specific lender then you have not truly purchased the car, and that your credit is still up for review from lenders. If the dealer gets word that you failed to be approved then they call you back to give up the car or work a different deal with a cosigner. This happens all the time sadly. The dealer cannot pull a hard report of your credit, only lenders. This hard pull shows your entire history. When your score is pulled at the dealer to negotiate, it is just that. The score. This is done to get the numbers in order to work the deal such as payments and length of loan along with interest. So, the people you should be mad at, are the banks, not the dealer. This is a general statement made by me never having worked for coggin or owning stock in such company. I infact worked for 2 of its competition dealers in sales.
I bought my car from them and regret doing so . Ive had horrible experiences since we signed those papers . Dont get me wrong i love my car but wish i would have went eslewhere to buy it . The service department also SUCKS ! Im still learning all the features of the car that they failed to show me . And im alomst a year in with it . I defifinatley would never repurchase from this dealer
My Daughter got a car from coggin Honda and i can tell you we would NEVER NEVER EVER buy from from them again as well.
Jimmy Ogletree. They definitely took advantage because he was a FIRST TIME BUYER!!
Try Holler Honda in Orlando - no hassle - no haggle. Or if you're a Costco member, use the set pricing with the Costco auto buying service.
